H15 Palace, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Krakow

The hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore the city and immerse ourselves in its charm. The modern interior of the hotel combined with its characterful design created a unique and inviting atmosphere. The cleanliness of our room was perfect, and we appreciated the hidden USB sockets for added convenience. The breakfast at the hotel was really good, offering a wide variety of delicious options to cater to every palate.

Although minor, the pillows could have been more comfortable to enhance our sleep experience.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with super clean rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were great, including a beautiful pool and sauna. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The staff was helpful and polite, making me feel well taken care of. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city and very close to the city square. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We stayed in a hotel situated in an unspecified area, right in the centre of the old town. The location was ideal for exploring the city. Our room was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. The bathroom was clean and modern. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast offered a variety of freshly cooked options. The hotel also had a pool and spa facilities, which our friends enjoyed. it was a great choice for budget travelers.

The payment transactions got a little confusing, leading to some misunderstandings about what had been paid and what hadn't.

This venue offered the most luxurious spa experience we have ever had. the facilities included a sauna, indoor swimming pool, steam room, spa lounge, and massage treatments. the full-body massage I received was of the highest quality and the sun loungers located in the garden area provided a relaxing atmosphere.

The only minor issue we had was with the restaurant. There were limited special diet menus available and the bar/lounge area lacked ambiance.

Stylish, well-designed, spacious rooms. The Hours bistro and bar. Great food and service. Excellent New Year's Eve celebration. Unhurried breakfasts. Prompt and seamless communication. Nice pool and spa facilities. Must come back.

the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, with a steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi. the massage was top-notch, and the sun loungers and garden area were perfect for relaxing in. the location was excellent, with many attractions within walking distance. the staff provided expert service and the room advantages were mesmerizing.

The restaurant staff seemed to be in a hurry, and the service wasn't as attentive as in the rest of the hotel. I had to order dinner quickly, and the waiter took my partner's plate away while we were still eating.
